  • LabLynx client, U.S. Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF): Engineered automated Informatica Extraction, Transformation and Load (ETL) systems, cleansing routines and data mining forensics from heterogeneous databases into SQL Server and Oracle data warehouses.
  • SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, ActiveX, ASP, ADO, OLE DB, XML, ODBC, VB, VB Script code written using Query Analyzer, Toad, Visual Studio and Procedure Builder IDEs’ and Data Transformation Services (DTS) to run ETL systems and Business Intelligence Web Services. Actuate and Active Reports used for reporting.
  • Performance tuned conceptual data models and implemented physical designs, improving query execution times, in some cases, from 10 hours down to 15 minutes.
  • Conducted Sql Injection penetration testing and auditing on internet mortgage loan web servers and web sites.
  • Used CA’s Erwin and Embarcadero’s ER Studio data modeling tools to engineer logical, conceptual and physical DB2, Oracle and SQL Server relational databases and MS Analysis Services multi-dimensional databases.
  • Traced long running queries, investigated execution plans then performance tuned indexing, partitioning, parallel execution, bulk loading techniques and re-engineered SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions and triggers increasing data access performance of middleware applications (ASP, ADO, VB, VBScript, OLE DB).
